Bish’s recognizes sustainability reaches beyond just one area of business and remains committed to improving our impact on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues.
Bish’s has been lowering its environmental impact for several decades by: recycling, purchasing recycled products, using lean procurement, lowering our consumable usage, retrofitting equipment, purchasing new equipment with energy star ratings, and improving our facility.
Bish’s continues to have a positive social impact by providing a healthy and safe work environments for its employees, providing health benefits for the employee and their family, and maintaining competitive wages. We recognize there is no place in business for corruption or the violations of human rights.
Bish’s is committed to good governance and follows the laws and regulations of the United States Federal Government, the State of Utah, and our local government. We recognize policy without supporting programs, goals, and reviews do not strengthen the company. We are committed to developing programs that support our policies and will perform annual reviews of the programs.
